Of all things we may or may not understand in this world, one thing we closely understand at Navas is the challenge to find the perfect fit for clothing for men over 6' tall (it is why we exist, literally). Navas is here to help! Let's create a wardrobe that makes you want to open the closet in the morning! Our "Size Up, Size Down" program gives you the freedom to purchase multiple sizes and keep what is perfect and return for a full refund what is not a perfect fit. Simply enter "SizeUpSizeDown" in the promo code upon check out. The only thing we ask of you is to purchase a minimum of two items (bonus, free shipping!).
If you are not participating in our "Size Up, Size Down" program and find that your Navas apparel does not fit you just perfectly, work with us to exchange so you receive the perfect fit. If you need help with sizing, please reach out to our stylist at firstname.lastname@example.org
Request an Exchange
Our exchange policy, including for "Size Up, Size Down" lasts 30 days after delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the order number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
For US-based requests, please visit the Navas Exchange Portal to initiate an exchange request.
For Canada-based requests, we are temporarily experiencing issues with our returns/exchanges App connected to our Shopify store. Please reach out to Jodi at email@example.com for assistance.
For International-based requests outside of the US and Canada, please contact Jodi at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. Note, due to costs, we are not able to offer exchanges for orders outside North America or the UK at this time.
Navas does not offer refunds, and we are happy to provide you an exchange or store credit.
Regular priced and sales items may be exchanged, unless a sale item is marked as a final sale.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Gift cards are final sale items not eligible for return, exchange or refund.
